OutfitScan — common questions
A reel I shared came back with no items
This usually means OutfitScan couldn't sample any frames where the person was clearly visible (very dark scenes, fast cuts, or no humans in the reel). Try a different reel or one with longer, better-lit shots of the outfit.
An item shows the wrong product
The product matches come from a public web search and aren't always perfect. The clothing identification (category, color, brand) is what OutfitScan is confident about; the product link is a best-effort suggestion. We're improving match quality continuously.
I want my reel history deleted
Open the app, copy your device identifier from the Settings screen, and email it to petarisakoviccanada@gmail.com with the subject line "delete my data."
The share extension shows a blank screen
Open OutfitScan once, wait for the home screen to load, then try sharing again. The first launch provisions your anonymous account — once that's done, the share extension can authenticate.
